Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free Forever includes 10 quotes or reports per month with no credit card required, free for as long as you like. Paid plans add unlimited quotes and reports plus team features.
Can I try ServiceTracked for free?
Yes. Our Free tier includes 10 quotes or reports per month with no credit card required. Use it as long as you like.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does Business seat overage work?
The Business tier includes 10 seats. If you add an 11th active staff user, you are automatically billed an extra $25 per month per overage seat (USD; equivalents in your local billing currency). The cap is 25 seats; teams larger than that move to Enterprise.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, under specific conditions. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, every tier has an annual price at about 20 percent savings versus monthly. The selector appears on the signup page.
Which currencies do you bill in?
We bill in your local currency where available, and we add more currencies over the first year as we expand markets.
Is the Founding Solo price really $199 per year for life?
Yes. As long as your account stays current, the $199 per year price is locked in forever. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the standard Solo price ($49 per month, or $588 per year) applies.
What does Founding Solo actually include?
Founding gets you the Solo tier (1 user seat) at $199 per year, locked forever. That includes voice-to-quote, voice-to-report, customer reports with photo documentation, multilingual customer communications, the customer portal, and email support. It does not include Team features (multiple employees), Business features (integrations), or Enterprise features (custom contracts).
What happens if I outgrow Solo and need to add employees?
You upgrade to Team or Business and keep a 30 percent Founding discount on that tier for life, not standard pricing. Your Founding Solo rate is also preserved: if you later return to a single-user setup, you can downgrade to Solo at the Founding $199/year rate.
