We do not have a phone line at launch (six-market simultaneous launch means our phone number cannot reasonably cover every time zone). Email is the right channel and we treat it that way: one business day for support, often faster.

Security and vulnerabilities
security@servicetracked.comResponsible disclosure of bugs that affect data confidentiality, integrity, or availability. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours. Use PGP if you have it; key fingerprint available on request.
Legal and privacy

Press
press@servicetracked.comMedia inquiries, partnership announcements, vertical launches. We do not have a press kit yet (launching in May 2026); we can usually turn around a written answer in 72 hours.
Beta access

What you can expect
- Support: one business day, Monday to Friday UTC. Paying customers prioritized over trial accounts.
- Sales: two business days for the first reply.
- Security: 48 hours to acknowledge a disclosure. Patch timeline depends on severity.
- Legal: ten business days for written responses to formal requests (we treat GDPR data-subject requests separately and faster, per the Privacy Policy).
