About

Built for the people who do the work.

ServiceTracked is software for service businesses, written by people who have watched the owner of a one-truck operation type a 400-word email at 9 PM after a 12-hour day. We thought: the owner already said the report out loud, three times, to three different customers. Why is anyone retyping it?

Mission

Make professional service documentation a 60-second job instead of a 30-minute one.

The vast majority of service businesses are sub-10-person teams. They are great at the craft. They are not great at the paperwork, the follow-up, or the multi-language report that goes back to a customer who only reads Spanish. We build the part they hate so they can keep doing the part they love.

Company

The legal bits

Legal entity

ServiceTracked is a registered trade name (DBA) of Northvane LLC, a Delaware-registered limited liability company in the United States. Northvane LLC is the controller of record for all customer and provider data on the platform; ServiceTracked is the customer-facing brand.

Registered office

Northvane LLC. Registered agent and address listed on request via legal@servicetracked.com.

EU representative

When we begin processing EU data subjects at scale (planned month 7 to 12 with the EU market rollout), we will appoint and publish a GDPR Article 27 representative in the European Union. Until then we do not solicit EU customers and the launch markets are limited to US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Founder

ServiceTracked is bootstrapped by a single founder with prior experience shipping B2B SaaS in the financial and construction verticals. We use the public-content pen name Build Wright on social channels during launch. We will introduce the founder by name once the company is past Day 90 and the team has grown.

Principles

Four things we will not compromise on

1

Mobile-first, always

Every API works against a mobile client. Voice and photo uploads bypass our servers entirely and go directly to tenant-scoped storage via signed URLs.

2

GDPR-by-default

The schema was designed with per-tenant data region, retention windows, and consent tables from day one. It is the same code path for an EU customer and a US customer.

3

International from day one

Currency, language, locale, and tax behavior are per-tenant. Adding a country is a configuration change, not a code branch.

4

Verbal totals are ground truth

If you said $385, the document says $385. We do not let the AI free-price. This sounds obvious; it is not the industry default.
