These SMS Messaging Terms govern your use of text-message (SMS) communications sent through ServiceTracked. By opting in to receive SMS from a service provider on the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. About ServiceTracked SMS
ServiceTracked provides SMS messaging on behalf of independent service providers (cleaners, landscapers, HVAC technicians, and others) so they can send job quotes, reports, status updates, and appointment reminders to their customers.
2. How You Opt In
You will receive a one-time verification SMS from the service provider who added your phone number to their account. You must reply YES to opt in. Until you reply YES, no further SMS will be sent to you. Replying YES means you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from that provider through ServiceTracked.
3. What Messages You Will Receive
Quotes, reports, job updates, and appointment reminders from the specific service provider you opted in with. Message frequency varies by your job activity, typically 1 to 5 messages per active job. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this brand.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, then no further SMS will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact support at support@servicetracked.com.
6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. ServiceTracked does not charge you for SMS; charges, if any, come from your carrier.
7. Supported Carriers
SMS service is supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their MVNOs. Service may be unavailable on some prepaid carriers or in international markets.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are handled per the ServiceTracked Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers. We do not send marketing SMS. Consent records are retained for compliance and audit purposes.
9. Terms of Service
SMS use is also governed by the ServiceTracked Terms of Service.
